YUMMY TUMMY HEALTHY TREATS!

Telling a story about the foods my toddler enjoys is deliciously sweet, exquisitely tangy, amazingly juicy and pleasantly savory, evoked by aromas and prepared just right for a toddler-two.

Levi loves the exciting world of colours, even as he loves to paint. Sometimes, the fiery hue from his plate of spaghetti and pasta sauce reminds him of one of his many Disney characters, like Paw Patrol’s “Marshall” or his Fire Fighter Rescue Helicopter or his Fire Engine Truck; or a chocolaty delight may remind him of “Mater” the rusty and dusty old Disney Pixar tow truck which he knocks about; or a juicy flavourful piece of fruit, running down his fingers and unto his jersey, may remind him of the ever so sweet and brave characters from Christopher Robin - The Hundred Acre Wood of the “Winnie-the-Pooh” stories, whose characters he deliberately pitches to the floor from time to time - what fun!

Grapes and avocados are also some of the tasty morsels that he loves to eat, not forgetting the yumminess and spread-ability of butter on bread that makes his mouth so happy …and the very messy, sticky and awesomeness of eating "pizza" –  oh, so tummy yummy!    Except for a few velvety mouthfuls of tasty salmon as a source of protein and iron, which gives him oxygen for life and good red blood cells, Levi’s meals are prepared from a  lacto-ovo vegetarian menu, as dairy products and eggs, adds calcium, vitamins and minerals to his diet, to help him build strong bones and teeth and which he needs to maintain a nutritious diet for excellent growth and brain development.
This diet helps sustain my toddler while he is active from all his jumping and running about at play; not forgetting his quota of vitamin D, this he gets from the lovely Caribbean sunshine!  As a toddler-two going on three, Levi is at that terrific toddler’s age where his climbing, jumping and running about requires a bit of Zinc in his diet, which are found in whole grains and nuts he eats as it helps to quickly heal all those cuts and scrapes he gets into.  As his mom, he is also given an age appropriate multi-vitamin to ensure that what he misses out in his meals, the vitamin will provide all those other nutrients relevant for a growing toddler to stay strong and healthy.

  1. When I babysit levi.it remind me of my own kids. We will play together then have something to eat then have a bath then sing songs or read which by then he'll fall asleep for more than 4hours then get up have something to eat again love up and have a bath again before his mom comes for him.we will sometime look at a movie while waiting for his mom.never crying or fussing or falling all thing we're always great.if you get to know him as I do your life would be just fine.he's a great child never had problems with him.just pure joy as my kids were.maybe I just knew what to do in Jesus name.I'll always love him for he is blessed
